After his retirement he became entitled for the post retiral benefits, since the same was not paid to him, he made representation before the Respondent No. 2 namely Collector, District Pilibhit on 15.07.2022. Since no action has been taken, hence the letters were also written by him under Right to Information Act regarding the decision taken by the authorities in the aforesaid representation. 2. It is argued that till date no final decision has been taken, hence the present writ petition. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that the Respondent No. 2 will take a decision in the matter, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of copy of this order. 4.
