Heard learned counsels for the parties and perused the material available on record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging an order dated dated 02.06.2015, whereby, the Deputy Registrar in exercise of powers conferred under Section 25(1) of the Societies Registration Act had referred the matter for adjudication. 3. It is argued by counsel for the petitioners that subsequent to the said order, a fresh order has been passed on 09.01.2024. 4. Considering the fact that subsequent order has been passed, the present writ petition is rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed as has become infructuous. 5. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to challenge the subsequent order, in accordance with law, while doing so, he would also be entitled to challenge the present order.
