The petitioner alleges that her daughter is missing and her whereabouts are not known to him. It appears from the report submitted by the State that the daughter of the petitioner has attained majority and has submitted an affidavit before the police which demonstrates that she has married the private respondent voluntarily and there was no pressure, threat or coercion in the said marriage. She has also submitted copies of her Aadhar Card, Admit Card of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education and photographs of her marriage before the police. In view of the fact that the petitioner’s daughter is a major and has voluntarily married the private respondent, nothing further remains to be dealt with in the present application. The same is accordingly disposed of. 2 There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
