To issue an order or direction commanding the opposite party no.1 to expedite the Civil Suit No. 1338 of 2015 filed on 17.09.2015 by opposite party no.2 which is pending since 2015 before Opposite Party no.1 i.e., the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), North, Lucknow within a stipulated period as framed by this Hon'ble Court. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within one year from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
