Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner directing the court of learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Roorkee, District Haridwar to decide & conclude the proceedings of temporary injunction application paper no.6c2 filed under Section 39 Rule 1 & 2 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 under Section 151 CPC alongwith the original suit no.267 of 2025 Bhuwan Chand Negi vs. Vikas pending since 23.07.2025 as expeditiously as possible or within the stipulated time granted by this Court. 4. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly submitted that he confines his prayer only to the extent that the present Writ Petition may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Court below to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible within a stipulated time. 5. The prayer so made appears to be innocuous. 6. Considering the limited prayer made, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the pending case, the Writ Petition (M/S) is disposed of with a direction to the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Roorkee, District Haridwar to make an earnest endeavour to decide the proceedings of temporary injunction application paper no.6c2 alongwith the Original Suit No.267 of 2025 Bhuwan Chand Negi vs. Vikas, as expeditiously as possible, at the earliest from the date of production of certified copy of this order, subject to there being no other legal impediment. 7.
