The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider his representation. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of, while directing the 4th respondent - Executive Engineer or VJNL Yettinahole Project, Sub Division No.3, I.B.Campus, Arasikere Town, Hassan District, to consider the representation given by the petitioner and communicate to the petitioner, the decision taken by the Authority.
