Under Clause (3) of the joint memo of compromise, it had been agreed to share the short and long vacations i.e., a vacation with a minimum of five days of consecutive holidays and other long vacations, where the parties are agreed to have 50% of such holidays with each of the parties. 3. The applicant/father would seek indulgence of this Court to have the custody of the child during the ensuing summer vacation. The summer vacation for the minor child starts from 28.03.2025 and ends on 10.06.2025. Hence, the applicant/father shall have the interim custody of the child between 26.04.2025 and 25.05.2025. He shall pick up the child from the residence of the mother at 08:30 a.m on 26.04.2025 and shall handover the minor child to the respondent/mother on 25.05.2025 by 06:30 p.m. 4. It is also made clear that the respective parties are entitled to take the child to outstations during such vacations, of course with prior intimation to the other party. The parties are also permitted to have video-conferencing with the minor child with prior intimation to each other. 5.
