Shri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the decision has already been taken on the recall application and the same has been rejected vide order dated 19.05.2025. 4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and going through the order of writ Court as well as contents of the affidavit of compliance, this Court is of the view that the order of writ Court has been complied with, which is annexed as Annexure 1 to the affidavit of compliance. 5. The application, accordingly, stands dismissed as infructuous. 6. However, it is open to the applicant to avail appropriate remedy against the order passed by the respondent, if he so chooses. 7. The original record produced by the Officer present before this Court is returned to him.
