On 07.11.2025 and 17.11.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and, in the interest of justice, time was granted to the petitioner to remove the defects as pointed out by the Registry, but the same has not been removed. 4. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 5. Despite several opportunities as granted by the Office or by this Court, the defects as pointed out by the Registry have not been removed. Hence, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss the writ petition for non-compliance of the orders passed by this Court. Accordingly, the same is dismissed in default.
