1. Heard, Mr. Ashok Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. Pawan Shrivastava, learned counsel, appearing for respondents.
2. The Criminal Revision bearing CRR No.346/2018 has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief(s):-
“It is, therefore, prayed that, in view of the above, the Hon'ble Court may be kind enough to quash the impugned judgment dated 26.02.2018 (Annexure A- 1), dismissing the application under Section 12 of D.V. Act.”
3. The Criminal Revision bearing CRR No.425/2019 has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief(s):-
“It is, therefore, prayed that, in view of the above, the impugned order dated 25.02.2019 (Annexure A-1) may kindly be set-aside rejecting the application
3 under Section 125 of Cr.P.C.”

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the matter has become infructuous.
5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, instant criminal revisions stand dismissed as having become infructuous.
