In view of the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court presumes that the writ petition has rendered infructuous, presuming that the concerned authority has disposed appeal filed by the petitioner. If the same is not disposed, the petitioner IS at liberty to file an application for restoration of writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
