Issue an order or direction to the learned Civil Judge (SD) Gonda to expeditiously dispose of the Application No. K2/254 in Regular Suit No. 75 of 2001 titled Smt. Bhagwati Devi Vs. Podampati Modi and others, within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
