In view of the proposed order being passed, notices to respondent No.4 is dispensed with. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "1. Issue A Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus directing opposite party no. 2 and 3 consider appointment of Petitioner on post of Angan Wadi Karya Karti in Village Maita, Post Atesua, Block Bicchiya, District Unnao, Contained as ANNEXURE No. 1 during the pendency of Writ Petition. 2. Issue A Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no. 2 and decide the Application dated 11.04.2025 given by Petitioner during pendency of this Writ Petition." After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent that the representation of the petitioner may be directed to be decided by respondent no.2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Perused the record. Considering the above, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to respondent no.2 i.e. District Program Officer, District Unnao within two weeks' from today. If the petitioner submits a fresh representation, the respondent no.2 shall decide the same within four weeks' thereafter, by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
