Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the learned court below i.e. Civil Judge (SD), Malihabad, Lucknow to decide the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 read with Section 151 CPC pending in R.S. No. 2910/2024, Ram Ujagir Vs. Balram alias Balram Pandey, expeditiously within the stipulated time as provided by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
