The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s) : “(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to the petitioner's case, in the interest of justice. (ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the REKHA SINGH -2- respondent authorities to consider representation of the petitioner pending before respondent authorities, in the interest of justice. (iii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. Mr. Sahu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that initially, the petitioner was appointed to the post of Loader in the year 1981 at Raj Nagar underground Colliery. He would further submit that thereafter, the petitioner was promoted to the post of Mining Sirdar and stood retired from services on 30.04.2015. He would also submit that the petitioner has not been paid basic salary from 18.11.1992 to August, 2013 and a representation was made before the respondents on 26.09.2017 raising this grievance but till date, representation has not been decided. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would oppose the submissions made by Mr. Sahu. He would submit that the petitioner is not entitled for arrears of salary or basic salary. He would further submit that the present petition deserves to be dismissed. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Mr. Sahu, this petition at this juncture is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.1 & 2 to decide pending representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
