Learned counsel for the petitioner states that no notice has been issued to respondent no.5. The reason for impleadment of respondent no.5 is that he has been granted a particular pay scale which the petitioner is also seeking. There is a consensus at the bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgement and order of this Court dated 25.02.2022 as corrected on 16.09.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.2615 of 1998 (SS) in re: Smt. Yashoda Devi and others vs. State of U.P. and others, copies of which have been filed as Annexure-1 to C.M. Application No. 4 of 2024. It is further contended that the aforesaid judgment has been complied with by the respondents while issuing the order dated 25.01.2023, a copy of which has been filed as Annexure-2 to the affidavit filed in support of the aforesaid application. Keeping in view the aforesaid consensus, the writ petition is allowed. It is provided that the petitioner would also be entitled to the benefit of the aforesaid judgement in the case of Smt.
