Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct Additional District & Sessions Judge/Special Judge, POCSO ACT, Bahraich to expeditiously decide/conclude the trial proceedings of Special Criminal Case No.184 of 2023 (State Vs. Dinesh Kumar and others) arising out of Case Crime No.337 of 2022 under Sections 363, 506, 342, 376-DA and Section 5(g)/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali Murtiha, District Bahraich pending before him within stipulated period of time. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is pending since 2022. Thus, ends of justice would be subserved if the trial court is directed to conclude the proceedings of the aforementioned criminal case within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the trial court is hereby directed to conclude the trial of aforementioned Special Criminal Case No.184 of 2023, expeditiously in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, instant application stands disposed of accordingly.
