This interlocutory application is preferred by Mrs. Kulsan Nessa, for releasing balance of the awarded amount deposited before the Registry of this Court by the review petitioner. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that pursuant to the order passed in Review Petition No.24/2024, and also pursuant to the order passed in I.A.(civil) No.585/2024, the balance amount of the original award is deposited before the Registry of this Court and the applicant may be allowed to withdraw the said amount from the Registry of this Court. 4. Mr. Paul, learned counsel for the opposite party submits that subject to executing bond by the applicant, she may be allowed to withdraw the aforesaid amount. 5. Taking note of the submission of learned counsel for the both the parties, the applicant is allowed to withdraw the awarded amount deposited before the Registry of this Court, however, subject to execution of a bond of equal amount. 6.
