The present petition has been filed seeking a relief of mandamus to decide the review application preferred by the petitioner. 3. Considering the fact that the review application is pending, the petition is disposed off with direction to decide the review application expeditiously within a period of four weeks in accordance with law. 4. Considering the fact that the review application was filed challenging an order dated 27.03.2025, which cannot be enforced for a period of two months i.e. the time prescribed for preferring an appeal, it is provided that till the decision of the review application, the recovery shall not be pressed. 5. It is made clear that none of the parties would be entitled to take any unnecessary adjournments.
