Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Civil Judge (SD), Court No. 15, District Sultanpur, to decide objection preferred by petitioners against the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC in Original Suit No. 1136 of 2022, "Smt. Shusheela Baranwal & another Vs. Vijay Kumar and another" expeditiously, say within time framed period as directed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending objection with all expedition, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
