Heard Shri Dhirendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondent(s) and perused the material brought on record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 06.07.2015 passed by the District Magistrate, Raebareli, whereby, the representation given by the petitioner came to be dismissed, the order in question records that the delimitation with regard to the two villages was carried out based upon the assessment of the population there. 3. Considering the fact that the order pertains to the exercise of delimitation carried out in the year 2015 and, subsequently, election have already been held, I do not find any reason to interfere in the said order, at this stage. 4. According, the petition is dismissed. 5. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge any subsequent decision that the State Government may have taken, in accordance with law.
