Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) Issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to pass appropriate order directing the respondent authorities not to interfere in construction of the petitioner over Gata no. 204 mearsuring area 0.102 hectare, situated at Village Siyarha, Pargana and tehsil- Sagdi, District- Azamgarh and also restrained them to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner on the basis order dated 15.10.2024 passed by respondent no. 2 i.e. Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Judicial, Mandal Azamgarh, District- Azamgarh, bearing Case No. 06301 of 2024, Computerized Case No. T202415060706301 (Indrashan and others Vs. Nali Usar, Beeda, Abadi, Bhalchandra, Rakesh Vashisht, Sandhya, Sunil Kumar, Surendra Kumar, Dalsingar, Ram Singar, Ramawati Devi, Govind Gautam, Panna, Ramjan), Under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 3. From the perusal of the averments made in the writ petition it appears that the order under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been passed by S.D.M. on 15.10.2024 but boundary marks have not been installed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submitted that since the order under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been passed a direction be issued to comply the order dated 15.10.2024. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to get the boundary marks installed in compliance of its own order dated 15.10.2024, provided there is no other legal impediment.
