State of J&K & Ors). Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, has drawn attention of the Court to the statement of facts filed on behalf of the respondents. And, with reference to the averments set out in Para 4 thereof, she submits that the Authorities have considered and rejected the claim of the petitioner for retrospective lien transfer, being devoid of merit and a speaking order No. 245- HME of 2015 dated June 26, 2015 in this regard was passed by the Competent Authority and was appended as Annexure-R1. That being so, nothing substantive survives in the petition and the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
