There appears to be some dispute between the petitioner and opposite party no.7 regarding which a civil suit is pending at the behest of opposite party no.7 who has sought permanent injunction in respect of his alleged Sahan land. Therefore, so far as the dispute between the petitioner and opposite party no.7 is concerned, this writ petition is not maintainable. As regards construction of a Kharanja and laying down of pipeline under the Jal Jeevan Mission, if that is being done by some other authority who is not a party in the suit then that is a different matter and that can proceed as per law unless there is any legal impediment. 4.
