This appeal is taken up today in the National Lok Adalat organized in the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow premises. The parties appeared and they agreed to get the appeal decided in terms of compromise, which shall form part of award. Respondent No. 1 will get Rs. 9,77,200/- (Rupees Nine Lakh Seventy Seven Thousands Two Hundred only) alongwith 4% interest, full & final satisfaction of his claim from appellant. The appellant shall ensure the making of compromised award good before the Tribunal below within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the said amount or part is already deposited in the Court, then the respondent No.1 shall also be entitled for the entire interest of MACT Bank account as per Rule on the deposited amount. The excess amount deposited by the appellant shall be returned to appellant with upto date interest.
