Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, has drawn attention of the Court to the compliance report/statement of facts submitted on behalf of the respondents. And, with reference to the paragraph Nos. 2, 3 and 4 thereof, she submits that in compliance with the directions issued by this Court, a Committee was constituted and on the basis of the report submitted by the Committee, the Competent Authority had considered and rejected the claim of the petitioner vide a detailed order dated June 11, 2014.
That being so, nothing substantive survives in the petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
