Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as far as the direction towards the completion of the enquiry within a period of four months is concerned, by filing reply on behalf of the 2 / 2 respondents/ Contemnor, it has been stated that the enquiry has already been completed in the year 2013 & 2020. In respect of payment of anticipatory pension and arrears of the said pension is concerned, the same has also been granted. He further submits that as far as the gratuity is concerned, in spite of the conclusion of the enquiry, they are not releasing the same. Hence, the petitioner is seeking a liberty to approach the appropriate authority for grant of gratuity. 2. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the contempt petition is disposed of and the rule is discharged.
