Aggrieved by the Order dated 18.06.2012 in E.P.No.86 of 2011 in O.S.No.1158 of 1997 passed by the II Additional Junior Civil ; I Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari District, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed. I 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the disputes between the parties have been settled out of the Court and a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was executed between the parties on 29.03.2023. A memo to that effect was filed on 05.07.2024 vide U.S.R. No. 56740 of 2024. He further submits that the MOU may be recorded and appropriate orders passed accordingly. 3. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, this Court is of the opinion that it would be in the interest of the parties to set aside the impugned order to give a quietus to the litigation. In that view, the order dated 18.06.2012 in E.P. No. 86 of 2011 in O.S. No.1158 of 1997 passed by the II Additional Junior Civil Judge Kakinada is set-aside and the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. tr 3 Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed.
