The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue any appropriate order or direction commanding opposite party no-1 to decide the Original Suit No-1114/2024, Civil Suit No-1561/2024, (Dinesh Kumar Versus Ram Garib) (Annexure No.4) moved by the petitioner for Specific Performance and Injunction which is pending since 02-08-2024 within a expeditious time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
