D., Tanda, District - Ambedkar Nagar to decide the suit for cancellation of sale deed i.e. original suit No.176/04, Chanaryi @ Samrathi versus Vinod and others, which is pending since 30.09.2004, within stipulated time framed in the interest of Justice. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within one year from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
