He also submits that aforesaid order is under challenge before the Appellate Court. 4. Considering the submission of counsel for the opposite party, order of Writ Court as well as contents of written instruction, it is evident that the order of Writ Court has already been complied with, therefore, no contempt is made out against the opposite party. 5.
