Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Anuj Kudesia, learned Additional Advocate General State of U.P. alongwith Shri Sunil Bajpai Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State has filed an affidavit of compliance after serving a copy on the counsel for the petitioner. In the affidavit of compliance, it has been indicated that the State vide order dated 08.09.2025 has principally agreed to abide by the orders passed by the writ court subject to the outcome of the special appeal filed by the State. Necessary orders in this regard regarding release of payment has also been made and the same has been brought on record alongwith the affidavit of compliance. Considering the aforesaid, this Court finds that the order passed by the writ court stands sufficiently complied. In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required in the matter. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. Notice if any stands discharged.
