C.S.C. has written instructions from Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mitauli, Kheri that there is no encroachment being made on Gata no.15 in respect to which the petitioner is recorded. 3. In view of the aforesaid, we do not proceed any further. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved he can get the boundaries of his Gata bearing No.15 demarcated under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and thereafter, if there is a cause to take further remedial measures. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. 5.
