Shri Vijay Bajpai, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents is present. He, on the basis of written instructions, has submitted that the petitioner was appointed as Anganwadi Sahayika in the year 2007. The post of Anganwadi Karyakatri was occupied by one Jagrani Devi who has retired on 31.03.2025. Since then, the post of Anganwadi Karyakatri is vacant. The selection procedure for appointment on the post of Anganwadi Karyakatri is going on. As per the Government Order dated 21.03.2023, the educational qualification for the post of Anganwadi Karyakatri is Intermediate. However, the petitioner is only Class 8th pass as per the documents available on record. The written instructions provided are taken on record. In view of the above instructions, it appears that the petitioner is only Class 8th pass. However, in case, selection procedure for the aforesaid post is going on and the petitioner possesses requisite qualification, her case shall also be considered as per the relevant Government Order dated 21.03.2023.
