Civil Appeal no.19/2024) under order 43 rule 1(A) of Civil Procedure Code, case title as Shri Bhaironath Ji Virajman Vs. Shri Mohan Lal & others, pending before the opposite party no.- 1 expeditiously disposal in the stipulated period so that the petitioner may not be deprived from getting justice in the instant matter." 2.
