The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is being repeatedly called by respondent No.3 without there being any case registered against him. 2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that respondent No.3 has received a complaint from the respondent No.5. In that regard, the petitioner was called for enquiry purposes. The learned Government Pleader further submits that respondent Nos.3 and 4 have personally visited the disputed land along with their staff and also advised both the petitioner and respondent No.5 not to quarrel or create law and order issues until the matter is disposed off. It is submitted that, except for the purpose of investigating the complaint, the petitioner is not being troubled by the respondent No.4. 3. Recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed, making it clear to respondent No.4 not to disturb the peace of the petitioner without following the due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
