Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties specially the revenue authorities to not interfere /demolish any part of the institution namely "Wasi Naqvi National Inter College, Raebareli" situated over the lands allotted vide lease deed dated 08.11.1950 over several gatas including the Gata No. 389 measuring area 18 Bishwa 10 Bishwanshi situated at Kasba Girnava, Pargana Tehsil and District Raebareli, in the interest of justice. (ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties specially the District Magistrate, district Raebareli/ Nazul Officer to renew the lease deed dated 08.11.1950 for further period to the institution namely Wasi Naqvi National Inter College, Raebareli expeditiously as early as possible." 3. Considering the of the prayers made, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction that the petitioner if in possession shall not be evicted except in accordance with law.
