This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 10.07.2023, at Police Station- Kotwali, District - Unnao at Case Crime/FIR No.528 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC as contained in Annexure -1 to this writ petition so far as it relates to the petitioner. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings before appropriate Court as permissible under law. 4.
