Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) Order dated 03.10.2024 passed in CWP No. 3179 of 2016, titled as Sushil Kumar vs. Union of India & Ors., is sought to be reviewed by filing an application for condonation of delay of 180 days by the Union of India. 2. Learned Deputy Solicitor General of India fairly conceded that a similar review petition was dismissed on 27.06.2025, titled as Union of India & Ors. vs. Thakur Dass, while noticing that earlier also a Review Petition No. 40 of 2025, titled as Union of India & Ors. vs. Joginder Lal was dismissed on 25.06.2025. 2 ( 2025:HHC:22392 ) 3. In such circumstances, we do not find any plausible reason either to condone the delay or to review the order dated 03.10.2024. 4.
