This is an application filed under Order XLI Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 praying for stay of the operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 05.04.2021, passed by the learned Member, MACT, Nalbari in MAC Case No. 09(Death)/2018. The learned counsel for the applicant has prayed for stay of the impugned judgment and award and submits that they are willing to deposit 50% of the awarded amount. Accordingly, this Court finds it fit to stay the operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 05.04.2021, passed by the learned Member, MACT, Nalbari in MAC Case No. 09(Death)/2018, on deposit of 50% of the awarded amount in this Registry within 1 (one) month from the date of this order.
