The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "a. direct the opposite party no.1 i.e. Civil Judge (S.D.), Faizabad to decide the application under Section 39 Rule 1 C.P.C. (6-Ga) in Civil Suit No.220/2025, Smt. Anar Kali V/s Smt. Lalita, which is pending before opposite party no.1 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court and further direct the local police not harass the petitioner during pendency of the civil suit and also maintain status-quo, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
