Tanda, Ambedkar Nagar to decide the Application under Order 39 Rule 1&2 C.P.C. filed by the Petitioner in the Regular Suit No.238 of 2025 "Lalman Versus Shahar Bano", pending since 22.4.2025, expeditiously within a stipulated period as soon as possible, in the interest of justice." 3.
