He has been transferred to E.S.I.C. Hospital, Bari Brahmna in Jammu & Kashmir vide order dated 27.12.2024. Petitioner has challenged the said transfer order in this writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for respondent nos.2, 3 & 4 submits that petitioner has remedy before Central Administrative Tribunal, as all matters filed by employees of Employees State Insurance Corporation are cognizable by Central Administrative Tribunal constituted under Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. 4. This submission is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. He, however, submits that petitioner be given time till 07.01.2025 to approach the learned Tribunal. 5. Learned counsel for respondent nos.2, 3 & 4 assures the Court that petitioner shall not be relieved, till 2025:UHC:63-DB 07.01.2025. 6. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the Tribunal. 7.
