By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "(i) Issue a order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned attachment order no. 1929/2023-24 dated 06-01-2024 passed by (Regional Ayurvedik and Unani Officer, Balrampur), whereby the petitioner attach in the Government Ayurvedik Hospital Nahar, Balaganj, Balrampur to Government Ayurvedik Hospital Newalgarh, Balrampur, which is contained as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition. (ii) Issue a order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opp. parties to consider the representation dated 02-09-2024 for cancellation of attachment of Government Ayurvedik Hospital Newalgarh, Balrampur, which is contained as Annexure No. 8 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice." After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent that the representation of the petitioner may be directed to be decided by respondent no.3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Perused the record. Considering the above, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to respondent no.3 i.e. Regional Ayurvedik, Unani Officer, Balrampur within two weeks' from today. If the petitioner submits a fresh representation, the respondent no.3 shall decide the same within four weeks' thereafter, by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
