It has been submitted that subsequently inquiry proceedings have been concluded by passing the order dated 10.06.2025 resulting in minor punishment. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner, therefore, seeks to withdraw the petition in order to effect challenge to the punishment order. 5. Considering aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to petitioner to challenge the punishment order, if so desires before the appropriate forum.
