Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "I. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Opposite parties nos. 2 & 3 i.e., District Health Society, Ayodhya through its President District Magistrate, Ayodhya, and Chief Medical Officer, District- Ayodhya Chief Medical Officer, District- Ayodhya, to reinstate the petitioners on their post i.e., Lab Attendant or an equivalent post as per the direction issued by the opposite party no. 1 vide letter dated 27.08.2024, & 01.01.2025, in the interest of justice. II. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to decide the representation dated 13.12.2024 which is pending before the opposite parties, and contained in Annexure No. 12 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice." After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent that the representation of the petitioner may be directed to be decided by respondent no.2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Perused the record. Considering the above, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to respondent no.2 i.e. District Health Society, Ayodhya, through its President District Magistrate, Ayodhya within two weeks' from today. If the petitioner submits a fresh representation, the respondent no.2 shall decide the same within four weeks' thereafter, by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
