The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties no.1 to 4 to forthwith remove the illegal encroachment/construction of pakka house of the opp. party no.6 to from the land of aforesaid Gata No.902/0.058 hectare recorded as Naveen Parti situate at Village Ichhoi, Post- Aminganj, Tehsil- Milkipur, District- Ayodhya. 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy by moving an application under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an appropriate application under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In case, such an application is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the time as prescribed under the statutes. 4.
