The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant submit that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and have filed I.A. Nos. 2 and 3 of 2025, accompanying the affidavit of the 2nd respondent/ de facto complainant and the joint memo, seeking the permission of this Court to allow the petitioners and the de facto complainant to compound the offence under Sections 109 read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act registered against the petitioners in Crime No.169 of 2024 of Allavaram Police Station, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District. 2. The petitioners and the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant are present in the Court. The identity cards of both the parties were verified. 3. The 2nd respondent submitsthat, pursuant to the intervention of well- wishers, he has withdrawn the allegations made against the petitioners. He further confirmed that the compromise was reached voluntarily, without coercion or undue influence. -2- CRL.P. No.3773 of 2025 4. Recording the submissions of the 2nd respondent, I.A. Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed, and the proceedings in Crime No.169 of 2024 of Allavaram Police Station, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema District,against the petitioners, are hereby quashed. 5.
