The petitioner seeks the following main relief:- "(i) issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to restrain the private respondent not to create any hindrance in peaceful construction work of house over the petitioner's land Gata No.260/0.026 Hectare situated at Village- Narayanpur Kala, Police Station- Fatanpur, Pargana- Patti, Tehsil- Raniganj, District- Pratapgarh." 3. The writ petition is not maintainable for such relief. It is nothing but an abuse of process of law. The petitioner may avail other remedy as available to him under law. 4.
