This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 22.04.2025, lodged by opposite party no. 3 at Police Station - Madhoganj, District - Hardoi at FIR No.0097 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 115(2), 351(3), 352, 105 BNS., 2023 as contained in Annexure 1 to this writ petition. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate Court as permissible under law. 4.
